Description
Feed dogs are the toothed metal strips located just below the needle plate. They move in a step-like motion to help pull the fabric through the machine as you sew.

Rise up through the needle plate.

Move forward (to pull the fabric).

Drop down below the plate.

Move back to reset for the next stitch.
